The Sales & Marketing Services/Operations (SMS) group is designed to deliver consistent quality service to all of our customers. Working together, the departments within the SMS group assure that all of our customers receive their required products safely and on time. A consistent customer focused standard is maintained at all times with on-going training at all levels within the group. The departments of the Sales & Marketing Services/Operations Group are:

Our Customer Service Department ensures that all orders received are handled and processed promptly, efficiently, professionally, and in a personal way. Resale Products Purchasing and Raw Materials Purchasing/Production Planning make sure the products the customers require are procured and manufactured on a timely basis. We have strict vendor requirements that support our commitment to our customers. Our Logistics/Inventory Control, together with our Purchasing Groups, make certain that our inventories are at the proper levels and at the proper distribution centers to ensure availability at all times.

Our distribution centers are constantly monitored to ensure that all regulations and applicable laws are met for the safety of the people, the community, and the environment. Our Transportation Group offers a list of approved licensed carriers that meet our strict safety and quality requirements. The objective is to consistently provide our customers quality service and meet their requirements at all times.
